grant is the proud owner of a new little puppy...a puppy with the sharpest puppy teeth if you ask grant! this puppy's name is peyton after his fav player peyton manning. grant is the sweetest boy with the best one liners i've ever heard! :) his mom, lanie, is absolutely beautiful both inside and out! it is obvious where grant gets his wonderful sense of humor. these two are quite a pair. thank you warnekes for always being so welcoming. your yard is amazing!! love the london telephone booth! -rachel
